Average desert temperature can reach up to 40C, but it can easily fall at night to minus 3, so the difference can be over 40C and that is a truly amazing thing to experience.

The difference between day and night temperatures in the desert can be quite significant. During the day, the desert can experience scorching heat, with temperatures often exceeding 100 degrees Fahrenheit (38 degrees Celsius). However, at night, the desert can cool down dramatically, with temperatures dropping to as low as 40 degrees Fahrenheit (4 degrees Celsius) or even lower. This extreme temperature fluctuation is due to the lack of moisture and vegetation in the desert, which allows heat to escape rapidly at night and be absorbed quickly during the day. The absence of cloud cover also contributes to the rapid cooling at night. These temperature variations can make the desert a challenging environment for survival, as it requires adaptations to both extreme
