Good question. I personally believe that too, but since there is no alternative now, UN is still functioning. I totally agree it is a useless case and can’t solve any of the world’s problems. The last proving case is the war started by Russia while being one of the members with veto power and sitting on Security Council making UN a joke.
The United Nations (UN) continues to function despite criticism because it serves as a vital platform for international cooperation and diplomacy. It provides a forum for member states to address global issues, negotiate treaties, and promote peace and security. The UN also plays a crucial role in coordinating humanitarian aid, promoting human rights, and addressing climate change. While it may face challenges and limitations, the UN remains a valuable mechanism for fostering dialogue and collaboration among nations, striving to create a more just and peaceful world.
